At Brilliant Institute of Information Technology (BIIT), we are committed to providing high-quality education and training. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payments.

1. No Refund on Digital Courses

All fees paid for digital courses, including ADCA, O Level, CCC, Tally, Digital Marketing, Yoga, BCA, and other courses, are non-refundable. Once access to study materials, online resources, or video lectures is provided, no refunds will be processed.

2. Cancellation Policy

Students who wish to cancel their enrollment must do so within 24 hours of payment.
After this period, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed.

3. Technical Issues

If you face any technical issues while accessing course materials, please contact our support team. We will ensure that you receive assistance or alternative access to the content. However, technical issues are not grounds for a refund.

4. Course Changes or Cancellations by BIIT

If BIIT cancels a course, students will be eligible for a full refund or may choose to enroll in a different course of equal value.
If a course is rescheduled, students can opt for the new schedule or request a refund.
